Responsibilities

Deliver program management, acquisition, and financial support to a Navy program office
Work in a team environment to meet client challenges and provide critical thinking and analysis
Build and maintain essential relationships with direct clients and supporting commands
Ensure the program achieves its goals and meets quality standards
Help manage, track, and report program status
Prepare and deliver executive-level briefings and reports

Required

5+ years of experience with program and financial management of government programs
5+ years of experience with the DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process
Experience with consulting and technical advisement
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook
Ability to identify and conduct in-depth research, and communicate and propose resolutions to issues
Ability to help clients manage, track, and report program status
Ability to prepare and deliver executive-level briefings and reports
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business

Preferred

Experience with DoD Acquisition or Navy Program Management Offices
Experience with Microsoft Project
Knowledge of DoD Instruction 5000 series, Adaptive Acquisition Framework, or DoD Financial Management Regulation
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
