Draft and review legal documents such as POAs and guardianship forms
Coordinate with attorneys to ensure timely service delivery
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and VA standards
Assist with scheduling and client communications
Qualification
Required
Associate degree or paralegal certification
3+ years of experience in legal support roles
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to pass Tier-1 background investigation
Preferred
Experience in estate planning or healthcare law
Familiarity with VA programs and veteran services
Proficiency in legal research tools
