Deputy Program Manager - VA Caregiver

They are seeking a highly motivated Deputy Program Manager to oversee the delivery of Financial and Legal services to disabled veterans and their caregivers, ensuring compliance with business rules and performance metrics.

Responsibilities
Assist Program Manager with governance, planning, and execution of contract deliverables
Oversee operational workflows and ensure SLA compliance
Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
Support risk management, incident response, and stakeholder communication
Prepare reports and assist with data analysis for monthly and quarterly reviews
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, legal, or related field (Master's preferred)
10+ years of experience in program or operations management
Experience with call center operations and compliance-driven environments
Ability to pass Tier-1 background investigation
Preferred
Experience supporting Department of Veterans Affairs programs
Familiarity with HIPAA, Section 508 compliance, and government contracting
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience with 24/7/365 operations
