Responsibilities

Identify potential risks and contribute to solution development utilizing machine learning libraries
Create efficient and effective systems for clients
Work with the development team to create custom tools, systems, and sites with consistent performance and scalability
Implement, maintain, and support agile software development to modernize systems
Run performance testing and benchmarking of trained neural networks, and optimize algorithm performance
Create solutions to complex problems within a collaborative, cross-functional team

Qualification

Required

3+ years of experience with machine learning software libraries, such as Tensorflow, Keras, PyTorch, or Onnx
3+ years of experience in software development using programming languages, such as Python, C, or C++
Experience implementing, maintaining, and supporting agile software development to modernize systems
Experience with Agile methodology, software engineering, product management, and software products
Experience running performance testing and benchmarking of trained neural networks, and optimizing algorithm performance
Experience creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative, cross-functional team
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of experience in software engineering in lieu of a degree

Preferred

Experience with RF theory or digital signal processing algorithms
Experience with different neural network architectures
Experience acquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimization
Ability to work with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenance
