Utility/Concierge - Watermere at Round Rock, Part Time
Integrated Real Estate Group is a family-owned company with 20 years of expertise in property development and senior housing. They are seeking a Concierge to greet residents and visitors, manage telephone communications, and assist with office supply management and maintenance requests.

Responsibilities
Answers the telephone and directs calls as needed, or takes messages, ensuring that no one is left on hold for long periods of time
Ensures that all guests and vendors sign in and out
Maintains a neat, clean appearance of the front desk office area
Helps ensure that needed office supplies are kept on hand or ordered if needed
Assists in the submission of resident maintenance work orders
Qualification
Required
High school education or equivalent is required (GED is accepted)
Possesses effective communication via the ability to read, write and speak English
The candidate must be willing to work and interact with active/senior adults
Weekend availability is required
Preferred
Previous experience in customer service environment with active adults/senior adult/senior living preferred
