Responsibilities
Provide operational oversight and leadership for designated clinics within the Axis Health System network
Ensure exceptional patient experiences, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, staff development, and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs)
Work cross-functionally with leadership across departments to support integrated care and drive strategic goals aligned with the organization's mission
Complete Essential Learning assignments by the due date for self and direct reports
Complete 90 Day and Annual Evaluations by the due date
Qualification
Required
Minimum High School Diploma required
Minimum 3 years customer service in a healthcare setting required
Minimum Certifications: BLS, CPI
Advanced Microsoft computer skills required
Must provide exceptional customer service for internal and external parties
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail is essential
Must demonstrate leadership qualities, collegial relationships with other members of the management team
Employee meets targets related to the KPI indicators established for the year
Manager is responsible for ensuring they and their direct reports complete Essential Learning assignments by the due date
Manager is responsible for completing 90 Day and Annual Evaluations by the due date
Annual Flu immunization
Annual TB screening
CPI training within 90 days of hire
BLS PRO certification required within 90 days of hire
Preferred
Preferred Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration or related social services or healthcare field
Preferred 5 years customer service in a healthcare setting with at least 2 years in a supervisory position
