Responsibilities

Assist the IT team with daily tasks and projects
Provide support for end-user tickets, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Help maintain and manage Windows-based computers and servers
Assist with the deployment and configuration of software and hardware
Support the IT team in ensuring network security and data integrity
Document IT processes and update technical manuals as needed
Participate in team meetings and contribute to IT projects and initiatives

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field
Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
Prior experience with IT troubleshooting is helpful
Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude

Preferred

Microsoft 365 Administration
Microsoft Azure (Entra ID)
Unix-based operating systems (Ubuntu, RHEL, etc.)
Basic understanding of networking concepts and terminology
