Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce engineers and administrators, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning
Oversee the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.)
Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions
Define and enforce Salesforce development standards, best practices, and governance policies (e.g., CI/CD, code reviews, security, and data management)
Manage project delivery timelines, resource allocation, and prioritization to ensure high-quality, on-time deliverables
Stay abreast of Salesforce platform releases, emerging features, and integration opportunities to optimize system capabilities
Drive automation, technical debt reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives across Salesforce applications
Collaborate with enterprise architects and IT leaders to ensure alignment with overall technology strategy and ecosystem integration
