Customer Service Representative (On-site)
PVS Chemicals, Inc. is a company dedicated to the safe and reliable delivery of chemistry products and services. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle orders, manage accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Receive and review orders (verbal, faxed, mailed, electronic), dispatch and process in a timely manner
Invoicing of customers
Order product from various vendors to fulfill orders/stock
Verify and maintain inventories for each market
Reporting non-conformance’s via the Service Report System
Managing accounts in cooperation with Sales Representatives
Process customer requests
Continual system and process review and improvement
Provide assistance in general office administration
Be in rotation for after hours phone
Work within shift of operation hours of 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Will need to be flexible to change in schedule

Qualification
Required
Associate Degree or relevant college experience
Customer Service experience (2-4 Years)
Logistics background or exposure
Excellent Communication Skills
Organizational skills and Multitask Management
Detail Oriented
Computer skills to include Access, Word, Excel, Out Look
Ability to excel in a high paced deadline oriented environment
Problem solving skills
Team Player
Positive Attitude
Job longevity (stayed in positions or field over 3 years)
Basic understanding of NACD / Responsible Care
Service Report system
Understand applicable procedures, work instructions, forms, checklists, etc
Applicable ADAGE skills
