Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team through direction of work assignments and review of performance

Provide expert level technical guidance related to: Wetland identification and delineation, NEPA compliance, USACE Section 404 and State delegated environmental permitting

Advise clients on permitting strategies, compliance pathways, and risk mitigation approaches

Stay current on emerging environmental policy and agency guidance affecting client industries

Familiarity with ASTM Phase I and II Site Assessments

Responsible for review and sign off on technical reports, (e.g., NEPA, Environmental Assessments, Resource Delineations), and regulatory filings

Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to identify new opportunities and cross-sell integrated services (engineering, environmental, construction support)

Develop client relationships

Required

10+ years of industry experience

Strong communication and report writing skills

Strong leadership, mentorship, and managerial skills

Confidence to lead wetland delineation teams in complex regions or on difficult sites

Familiarity with GIS based data collection solutions like Field Maps and Survey 123

Ability to endure field days in challenging terrain under difficult conditions
