Delivers various training programs (product, technical, systems, sales, behavioral, skills-based) in a virtual environment
Utilizes adult learning principles and diverse instructional methods and media
Delivers nationally developed curricula consistently
Manages the learning environment to ensure desired learning outcomes and knowledge transfer
Possesses knowledge of course content and materials
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in training delivery preferred
Flexible availability to accommodate day and evening training sessions
Ability to sit for extended periods for virtual training delivery
Reliable personal internet connection and computer equipment
Skilled in facilitation skills
Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
Ability to effectively lead groups and individuals
Experience with Microsoft Office applications and virtual learning technologies, particularly Zoom and Adobe Connect
Excellent communication and diplomacy skills
Possesses knowledge of course content and materials
Ability to manage the learning environment to ensure desired learning outcomes and knowledge transfer
Advanced problem-solving skills
Professional demeanor, detail-oriented, ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization, and strong organizational and prioritization skills
