Responsibilities

Obtain Securities Industry licenses including SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 Exams
Acquire, build and manage client relationships
Guide clients with advice and solutions to help them achieve their financial goals
Provide holistic financial advice and guidance by identifying broader product and service solutions
Align Merrill and Bank of America products and services with client needs
Work with affluent and high net worth clients, identifying needs and developing relationships
Prepare investment recommendations that align with the goals of clients
Receive training and guidance through a defined path to become a financial advisor
Collaborate with core banking and investment partners
Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice and deliver client reviews/presentations
Manage a portfolio of clients by providing exceptional client care

Is thorough and will incorporate relevant regulatory due diligence into daily to-do's and long-term strategies for clients
Must obtain your SIE within 60 days of being hired & your Series 7 & 66 within 120 Days - a requirement for the role

Preferred

Strong computer skills with an ability to multitask in a demanding environment
A bachelor's degree, or 1-2 years' experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded
Experience assessing client needs, identifying/recommending solutions, and building/managing client relationships
