Responsibilities
Keep the CEO on track with daily schedules, meetings, and priorities
Own calendar management, reminders, follow-ups, and time optimization
Help maintain smooth day-to-day operations in a dynamic, sometimes-chaotic (in the best way!) environment
Pitch in with administrative tasks, internal coordination, and occasional special projects
Support a team that genuinely enjoys working together
Qualification
Required
Ability to keep the CEO on track with daily schedules, meetings, and priorities
Experience in calendar management, reminders, follow-ups, and time optimization
Capability to help maintain smooth day-to-day operations in a dynamic environment
Willingness to pitch in with administrative tasks, internal coordination, and occasional special projects
Ability to support a team that genuinely enjoys working together
Organized, upbeat, and excited to support a fast-paced CEO
Preferred
College student or recent graduate looking to break into fintech
Experience in a fun, social, go-with-the-flow environment
