Responsibilities
Cover several order web portals
Create and update survey and escalation cases for our web portals
Sort the customer service email queue
Manage the Customer Support team email inbox to merge accounts, create import lists, create UPS labels, update account information, register users, etc
Sort, update, and combine our new account list(s)
Collaborate with other business units by sorting and sharing their reports
Assist with the UPS Exceptions Report
Manage customer portals
Create and email warranty credits to the customer
Deliver exceptional customer service through emails to our internal and external customers
Qualification
Required
You're an all-star communicator and are proficient in English (both written and verbal)
You are a team player that can also tackle projects independently
You enjoy interacting with team members and leaders across the business
You're able to multi-task but don't miss a beat when it comes to details!
You a problem-solving detective and love analyzing data!
