Responsibilities

Responsible for planning and implementing tactical strategies within the field to ensure the revenue budget is met and the territory’s strategic service goals are met
Develops and reviews business plan with Regional Manager quarterly
Develops and influences Alliance Partners and 1099 relationships through education and capturing additional mindshare in assigned territory
Assists Alliance Partner business growth through supporting supply chain discussions

Qualification

Sales experienceMedical Device IndustryBusiness PlanningMicrosoft OfficeStrategizingInterpersonal SkillsTime Management

Required

Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS); Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Two (2) years Sales experience in Medical Device Industry, Hospital Sales and/or Physician Sales; Operating room, orthopedic or neurosurgical product experience preferred
OR Four (4) years Professional sales experience in a business-to-business setting
OR Four (4) years Relevant medical experience (e.g., physician's assistant, nurse)
Valid Driver's License
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Ability to analyze and strategize to meet goals
Ability to interface with physicians, surgeons, hospitals and inspire them on LNH products
Ability to prioritize multiple, competing priorities and manage time/workload

Preferred

Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Operating room, orthopedic or neurosurgical product experience preferred
