They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Project Manager to support strategic change initiatives within Global Content Operations, focusing on project coordination and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders across GCO to help plan, track, and communicate project objectives
Serve as a key point of contact for project-related queries and provide timely updates and support throughout the project lifecycle
Assist in maintaining project plans, timelines, and status reports
Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of progress, risks, and issues
Help prepare updates for leadership and other stakeholders as needed
Facilitate ongoing communication between internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders
Ensure alignment on goals, deliverables, and timelines across all involved parties
Support the identification and tracking of project risks and dependencies
Help coordinate mitigation plans and ensure visibility across teams
Maintain project documentation including business cases, requirements intake, and sign-off records
Assist in periodic reviews to ensure documentation remains current and complete
Work with regional teams to support the planning and execution of global change initiatives
Help coordinate efforts across time zones and business units
Qualification
Required
2+ years professional experience, ideally in a professional services or media company environment
Excellent collaboration and stakeholder communication skills
Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment
Strong MS PowerPoint skills
Strong organization skills
Strong willingness to learn about the media industry
Strong written communication skills
Preferred
A relevant qualification in Program or Project Management
Experienced with Program / Project Management tooling and software (e.g. Atlassian, Monday, Asana, MS Project etc.)
Background in post production or media operations
