Responsibilities
Support cybersecurity concept definition in accordance with ISO/SAE 21434
Perform TARA (Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment) at vehicle and system level
Conduct Cybersecurity GAP Analysis against ISO 21434 requirements
Define and manage cybersecurity requirements and mitigation measures
Ensure traceability between cybersecurity goals, requirements, architecture, and verification
Support cybersecurity work products across the development lifecycle
Collaborate with system and software teams to ensure secure architectures and interfaces
Support reviews, assessments, and customer cybersecurity milestones
Contribute to continuous improvement of cybersecurity processes and methodologies
Qualification
Required
3–7+ years of experience in Automotive Cyber Security
Solid knowledge of ISO/SAE 21434
Hands-on experience with TARA activities
Experience performing Cybersecurity GAP Analysis
Strong understanding of cybersecurity requirements management and traceability
Ability to work at system level across multiple domains
Analytical mindset with a structured approach to risk assessment
Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field
Preferred
Experience with connected vehicle systems (ECUs, networks, gateways)
Familiarity with system engineering or MBSE environments
Experience with tools for requirements and traceability (e.g. Polarion, DOORS, similar)
Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet)
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
