Responsibilities

Collaborate with the strategic partnerships team to align on co-marketing initiatives and partnership goals
Lead the development of joint co-marketing plans with leading technology companies from launch and enablement to scalable revenue generation
Lead execution of multi-channel, co-branded partner programs, that deliver pipeline impact and partner engagement
Measure and optimize partner marketing program performance, track success metrics, and ensure alignment with broader business objectives
Support the growth of GWI’s partner ecosystem through innovative marketing campaigns and scalable program frameworks
Work closely with internal teams such as strategic partnerships, product management, project management, and marketing to ensure alignment on partnership goals and go to market strategies

Required

Extensive experience in partnership marketing for a SaaS company
Proven experience working within a mature partner marketing organization
Expertise in scaling partner marketing frameworks and building structured programs that drive growth and visibility
Strong understanding of data partnerships, particularly within the AI/ML space
Executive presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
Highly analytical and results-driven; comfortable with KPIs, dashboards, and campaign performance reporting
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growing scale-up environment
