Responsibilities
Administer ADP Workforce Now / Lyric as the primary system administrator: configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination when things get complicated
Process employee lifecycle transactions with precision, partnering across HR, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition
Keep our data clean through regular audits and cross-functional reconciliation with Payroll and Finance
Triage and resolve HR Ops service tickets within our service expectations (we'll be honest: volume is real)
Spot recurring issues and fix them through better configuration, smarter automation, and clearer documentation
Support annual HR cycles and system enhancements as a key contributor
Qualification
Required
3-5 years administering an HRIS platform, ideally ADP Workforce Now or Lyric
Experience with employee lifecycle transactions: hires, job changes, terminations, and edge cases
Experience in an HR Operations or Shared Services model
Ability to manage a ticket queue without letting quality slip
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Ability to adapt as needs evolve
