Procurement Professional - Internal Fleet
Iron Mountain is a company that provides expert, sustainable solutions in records and information management and digital transformation services. They are seeking a strategic Procurement Professional to join their Global Procurement team, responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for their commercial private fleet.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute global sourcing and category strategies for commercial private fleet spend, including truck leasing, maintenance & repair, telematics, routing technologies, and fuel programs
Lead competitive sourcing events (RFPs/RFQs), supplier evaluations, benchmarking, and award decisions, translating enterprise goals into regional execution plans
Negotiate and manage commercial agreements, including pricing models, SLAs, KPIs, and risk/liability provisions, ensuring value realization shows up in the P&L
Own supplier strategy and performance management, driving continuous improvement, standardization, and risk mitigation across fleet vendors
Partner cross-functionally with Fleet Operations, Finance, IT, Safety, and regional leaders to align contracts with operational, compliance, and safety requirements
Monitor market trends and cost drivers, using data and fleet KPIs (e.g., cost per mile, uptime, fuel efficiency) to identify savings, innovation, and long-term value opportunities
Qualification
Required
Proven procurement and category management experience within commercial private fleets, supporting large or multi-region operations (Fortune 500–level preferred)
Strong knowledge of fleet-domain expertise, including truck leasing programs, vehicle maintenance, telematics, and fuel procurement solutions
Proven ability in commercial negotiation and stakeholder influence, with the executive presence to present complex value-realization strategies to senior leadership
Data-driven and strategic problem solver, familiar with fleet KPIs, regulatory/DOT considerations, and risk management in fleet operations
A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field
Preferred
Professional certifications such as CPSM, CIPS, CSCMP/SCPro preferred
