Responsibilities
Build G-3 Chickadee's vendor governance model from scratch (scorecards, SLAs, QBRs, dashboards)
Manage critical vendors across infrastructure, network, cybersecurity, SAP/ERP, MES, MSPs, and SaaS
Lead contract reviews, negotiations, renewals, and SOW development
Drive cost optimization, vendor consolidation, and financial reporting
Ensure vendor adherence to cybersecurity, compliance, and plant operational standards
Collaborate with Plant Ops, Supply Chain, EHS, R&D, and corporate leadership across multiple manufacturing sites
Support carve-out activities, SAP modernization, and new environment stand-up
Qualification
Required
5+ years in IT operations, vendor management or IT procurement
Strong understanding of IT contracts, SaaS licensing, and MSP models
Highly organized, strong communicator, and relationship-focused
Preferred
Familiarity with SAP, MES, industrial networking, and plant-floor technologies
Experience in carve-outs or Private Equity backed environments
