New Grad, Entry LevelFirst State Community Bank is seeking a quick learning, detail-oriented individual for a Loan Operations Specialist position. This role is responsible for filing and releasing liens on loan collateral and processing paid loan documents in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
Provide operational support to various branches regarding collateral management and loan documentation
Ensure the bank's lien position on collateral is secured and maintained by filing appropriate documents
Process paid loan documents and mail to customers in a timely manner
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Take ownership of tasks and projects
Handle other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to operate effectively on a team, contributing positively to team operations and working relationships
Ability to multitask and prioritize work to meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail & strong organizational skills are a must
Ability to learn quickly
Willing to adapt to change
