Responsibilities
Gather and analyze data across multiple business functions to establish relationships between diverse data sources
Generate composite queries to deeply investigate business-related issues and trends
Provide data insights that identify product improvement opportunities and inform strategic decisions
Design and implement scalable reporting platforms and reliable metrics
Develop scripts to process and transform data for business analysis, reporting, and optimization efforts
Build and maintain dashboards and self-service analytics tools to support ongoing and peak business needs
Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable data solutions
Enable the broader team to scale reporting and meet key deliverables through accurate, timely insights
Qualification
Required
Strong ability to write efficient SQL queries and extract insights from complex datasets
Proven ability to investigate business issues and uncover meaningful insights
Experience developing and maintaining dashboards that support business decision making
Gather and analyze data across multiple business functions to establish relationships between diverse data sources
Generate composite queries to deeply investigate business-related issues and trends
Provide data insights that identify product improvement opportunities and inform strategic decisions

Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong SQL skills for querying and pulling data
Experience developing automation scripts to support reporting and analysis
Extensive experience building dashboards using Tableau and other BI tools
Advanced Excel skills
Strong problem-solving, prioritization, follow-up, and customer service abilities
