Franchise Development Manager
The Mosquito Authority, part of Main Line Brands, LLC, is seeking a Franchise Development Manager to support strong inbound demand across their brands. This role involves managing a pipeline of franchise candidates, guiding them through the franchise decision process, and collaborating with various internal teams to enhance candidate experience and franchise quality.

Responsibilities
Manage a full pipeline of franchise candidates from inquiry to signed agreement
Conduct discovery calls and present the franchise model, investment, and growth opportunity
Guide candidates through FDD review, validation, and Discovery Day preparation
Maintain timely, professional communication throughout the sales process
Manage organic and broker-referred leads
Serve as a point of contact for broker partners and attend select industry events
Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Training, Finance, and Legal teams
Maintain accurate CRM activity, reporting, and forecasting
Contribute to improving conversion rates, candidate experience, and franchise quality
Qualification
Required
Experience in franchise development, business development, or high-ticket consultative sales
Strong financial literacy and comfort discussing investment structure and returns
CRM proficiency and strong organizational discipline
Ability to manage high lead volume while maintaining a strong candidate experience
Based in or willing to work onsite in Charlotte, NC
Willing to travel periodically for conferences and Discovery Days

Experience working with franchise brokers
