Mid-Market Account Manager

This role focuses on supporting existing customers and driving growth by increasing package volume shipped with OnTrac through strong relationship-building and operational support.

Responsibilities
Drive account growth: Sell OnTrac solutions to existing customers, securing commitment for additional volume and long-term partnerships
Deliver operational support: Manage daily account activities, ensuring customer expectations and contractual requirements are met
Collaborate for success: Support the Director of Customer Success through reporting, administrative tasks, and sales initiatives to maximize territory performance
Engage customers: Prepare and present business reviews, attend trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings to strengthen relationships
Champion best practices: Apply business development strategies and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
4–8 years of experience in account management or related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to travel up to 25%
