Responsibilities
Responsible for preparing, indexing and scanning all documents related to the patient files for all facilities, not limited to Baptist Hospital, Baptist Outpatient Services, B-MASC, S-MASC, South Miami Hospital, Homestead Hospital, Mariners Hospital, Doctor‘s Hospital and all related Diagnostic Facilities and Urgent Care Centers directly into the Imaging Systems (Electronic Data Management)
Forms include Financial Applications, Patient Correspondence, Liens/Caveats, Refunds Checks, Prompt Pay Letters, etc)
Qualification
Required
High School, Cert, GED, Trn, Exper
Must be able to operate a 10 key calculator
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Must work well both independently and in a team environment
Minimum Required Experience: 2 Years
