Responsibilities
Provide direct hands-on management, support and development of Banner and other primary enterprise applications as part of UNC System Office's ERP Services Team for a variety of projects at the UNC System Office and constituent institutions specifically ERP Shared Services clients
Provide operational business process analysis/review to identify and implement best business practice solutions and business rules to achieve operational efficiency and effectiveness, and to ensure that the University is compliant with State, Federal Government, and University of North Carolina regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
Provide direct hands-on management, support and development of Banner and other primary enterprise applications
Operational business process analysis/review to identify and implement best business practice solutions and business rules
Achieve operational efficiency and effectiveness
Ensure compliance with State, Federal Government, and University of North Carolina regulatory requirements
Must be extremely familiar with the Banner data model, specifically related to HR, its naming conventions
Experience extracting and transforming information from the Banner data model for a variety of purposes
Direct experience with the HR data structures
In-depth understanding of ERP systems and modules
Report writing development
Functional expertise with Banner HR and other primary enterprise applications used in Higher Education
