Responsibilities

You will be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities for the sales team
You will work effectively to engage with prospects through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and social to build rapport, understand customer needs, and convey the Epsilon value
You will have the opportunity to fast-track your career at Epsilon
You will participate in professional and job specific training such as cold calling, conversational selling and learn a variety of sales tech platforms
You will receive formal mentorship and have the opportunity to network and engage with various associates from all levels in the organization
The ability to source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Understand customer needs and requirements and how they align with Epsilon’s offerings
Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
Collaborate with internal partners to build networking opportunities
Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and web leads and convert them into opportunities
Overcome objections of prospective customers

Required

The ability to source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Understand customer needs and requirements and how they align with Epsilon's offerings

Overcome objections of prospective customers

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or related Business focus preferred
0-1 years of professional work experience with familiarity in a B2B environment
Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong Communication
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
