They are seeking an Administrative Coordinator who is team-oriented and passionate about healthcare to manage patient appointments and support administrative functions within the practice.

Responsibilities
Scheduling, canceling and adjusting patient appointments
Answering and triaging phones
Writing messages and communicating effectively
Reviewing, filing and sending faxes
Scanning records into patient charts
Checking patients in and out
Collecting copays, deductibles and co-insurance at time of service
Daily, weekly and monthly administrative projects
Closing duties
Qualification
Required
Experience in a customer-service industry
Strong IT and computer application skills such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong writing and communication skills
Preferred
Experience working in a private practice
