Marketing Director, Americas
DN Solutions America is a company that has been building machine tools for over 50 years, shaping essential industries worldwide. They are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Marketing to lead the execution of their marketing strategy, driving brand awareness and sales enablement across the organization.

Responsibilities
Execute and support strategic marketing plans aligned with corporate objectives, revenue growth, and market share expansion
Lead all marketing communications, advertising, and promotional initiatives across print, digital, events, and dealer channels
Manage and develop the marketing team, including the Marketing Coordinator, and collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager
Oversee the marketing budget and ensure effective use of resources and spend
Maintain consistent brand identity across all products, communications, and promotional materials
Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, industry associations, and vendors, including contract negotiation and performance oversight
Plan and execute trade shows, dealer meetings, open houses, sales meetings, and customer events
Lead dealer channel marketing efforts and maintain regular communication with the North American dealer network
Manage go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify growth opportunities
Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance and campaign effectiveness; adjust strategy as needed
Oversee lead fulfillment, customer database usage, and mailing list governance
Manage sales enablement tools and materials for distributors and internal sales teams (e.g., Showpad)
Support digital marketing initiatives, including NASCAR and other influencer or sponsorship programs
Oversee promotional merchandise programs and inventory management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Management, Advertising, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the machine tool, manufacturing, or industrial sector
Strong understanding of the machine tool industry and dealer-based sales channels
Demonstrated experience leading integrated marketing programs and managing external agencies
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
Solid financial acumen, including budgeting and performance analysis
Hands-on, execution-oriented mindset with the ability to operate strategically and tactically
Preferred
Min Five (5) years of experience with a combination of Business Analyst or Engineer in Manufacturing / Machine Tool industry or related field
Experience effectively defining requirements and value working with operational partners in solving business problems
Experience building and presenting use/business cases
Demonstrated success creating and sustaining trusted-advisor relationships
