Account Manager
AVW Equipment Company, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager who will serve as a dedicated resource to sales and customer accounts. The role involves coordinating with various teams to ensure customer projects are completed on time and managing day-to-day communications with customers.

Responsibilities
Act as a primary point of contact for the day-to-day communication between customer and AVW
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of customer projects
Offer technical support and knowledge when needed
Handle order entry and quoting in a timely manner
Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, including calls, orders and customer interactions using our CRM platform (HubSpot), JobBoss, QuickBooks
Conduct weekly overview calls with customers
Attending quarterly meetings and visits
Closely monitor project progress and communicate effectively to customer
Work with engineering, to ensure technical drawings are complete and accurate
Problem solves – work with operations to resolve engineering and/or manufacturing questions that arise for projects
Communicating and confirming logistics for outgoing customer shipments
Confirm that all quality checks were completed before shipping
Support and coordinate any MIR/RGA concerns, if needed
Support and coordinate/reconcile any open invoices., if needed
Expand new and current customer bases
Qualification
Required
1 plus years' project management experience or related field
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
