ServiceNow Developer
Guidehouse is a consulting firm that assists Federal Government clients in transforming business processes and enhancing operational efficiency. The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and administering ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives while staying current with industry trends.

Responsibilities
Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices
Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation
Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing ServiceNow implementations
Perform unit, system, and integration testing
Debug and fix technical problems
Support the development of detailed technical documentation
Provide demonstrations of developed applications to product owners and end users
Participate in platform upgrade activities, including regression testing and reconfiguration
Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions
Qualification
Required
A minimum of three (3) years of ServiceNow experience supported by ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD)
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD 'SECRET' security clearance; candidates must obtain an approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse
Experience in ServiceNow Modules such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as with App Engine and Scoped Apps
Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub
Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish rapport with a diverse array of people at all levels
Heightened attention to detail when developing technical solutions
Preferred
Experience working in an Agile environment
Candidates with an ACTIVE 'SECRET' or higher-level clearance are preferred
Experience with ServiceNow automated testing framework (ATF)
Ability to commute to client or corporate offices within the Washington, DC metropolitan area 2-3 days per week
Experience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP and REST preferred
Agile, SCRUM or SAFe certifications
General understanding of financial management aspects (i.e., financial operations, financial innovation, internal control, risk management, etc.), particularly in a federal environment
