Drive the business with winning sales strategies, including leveraging promotions, pricing, product changes, vendor days, etc
Attract, retain and develop a high performing customer-centric team that is passionate about cannabis, our products, and our customers
Always be analyzing the business, product insights, and feedback to find creative and out of the box ideas to enhance store performance
Qualification
Required
