Responsibilities
Lead and oversee large-scale projects from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, while ensuring adherence to quality standards
Facilitate communication and reporting among project team members and stakeholders
Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed
Conduct lessons-learned reviews to enhance future project success
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successful project delivery
Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and guide teams
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder engagement
Advanced problem-solving skills to navigate complex project challenges
Solid understanding of project management methodologies such as waterfall and agile
Preferred
Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent
Experience in the financial or banking industry
Familiarity with organizational change management practices
Ability to manage virtual teams and third-party resources effectively
