Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP is seeking a Recruiting Assistant to join one of its U.S. offices. The Recruiting Assistant will support the recruiting team in executing summer associate and entry-level recruitment initiatives, assisting with scheduling, candidate materials, and event coordination.

Responsibilities

Assist with scheduling, logistics and materials for interviews, conflict screens, and background checks

Prepare and organize candidate materials, evaluations, and reports

Draft candidate correspondence, offer letters, response letters, and other materials

Track expenditures against departmental budget

Maintain all candidate files, information and data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Conduct initial resume screening and summarize candidate qualifications for Recruiting Manager review

Assist with summer program logistics and planning

Coordinate internal and external recruiting events

Coordinate with vendors to purchase promotional materials

Handle timely submission of participation and event materials

Participate in larger Recruiting Team projects and assist others on recruiting team as needed
