Responsibilities
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify new business opportunities
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations resolve problems
Provide expert technical guidance and support throughout the sales cycle
Analyze customer requirements and develop tailored presentations to related to their use case(s)
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners
Contribute to product development by providing market feedback and customer insights
Travel to customer sites within the United States as needed (typically once per month)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Computer, or related field)
5+ years of experience in field applications engineering or technical sales
Strong technical knowledge in relevant engineering fields
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
Proven track record of successful customer engagements and sales
In-depth knowledge of industry-specific technologies and trends
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Understanding of customer pain points and technical requirements
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel within the US to customer sites. Potential for international travel also exists
Preferred
