Responsibilities
Provide functional application and business expertise to support end users by coaching and mentoring users on best practices and business processes
Provide incident and problem resolution to support end users by analyzing and troubleshooting issues, implementing solutions, creating knowledge base articles, and documenting service desk requests
Create and maintain application support documentation including functional, technical and business requirements, configuration guides, business process workflows, and training materials
Assist with evaluating, testing and deploying application releases and patches including updating related documentation and training materials
Support quality user customer service and consistency between ERP implementation and SBCTC policies
Fulfill end user requests for application related configuration items
Work collaboratively with Information Technology Division’s training and ERP support staff to develop communications and training materials to support end user readiness. Deliver classroom and/or virtual instructor-led training to end users
Work collaboratively with the Information Technology Division to deploy application releases and patches or images
Identify opportunities for business process improvement
Acts as project functional lead to guide others in UAT testing and implementing new system functionality or enhancements
Perform functional analysis, ERP module configuration and testing
Successfully manages multiple completing priorities simultaneously
Work collaboratively with ERP support team from all pillars (campus solutions, human capital management and finance) on cross-functional projects
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Two year degree in business or related field
Two or more years of relevant technical or business work experience with large enterprise financial systems
Experience interacting with users on software use, business practices, workflows, and business processes
Two to four years of accounting experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing, asset management, general ledger and/or budgeting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
