Software Agile Project Manager (Experienced or Senior) (RTE)

The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Software Agile Project Manager to support the E-7 program located in Tukwila, Washington. This role focuses on ensuring effective execution of the program by coordinating multiple teams and facilitating communication across various stakeholders while tracking program performance metrics.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and facilitate software program execution activities, including planning sessions, progress reviews, and retrospectives
Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of program milestones
Lead efforts to identify and address challenges that may impact program execution, providing guidance and support to teams
Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the teams, promoting best practices and innovative solutions
Track and report on key performance metrics to stakeholders and leadership, ensuring transparency in program progress
Mentor and coach Scrum Masters, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance team capabilities

Required

5+ years of experience in program management or project coordination within a large-scale software development environment
Proven experience in a Release Train Engineer or similar role, with a focus on program execution and leadership
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive change

Preferred

Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
Level 3: 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Level 4: 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with defense contracts
Experience with Earned Value Management
SAFe Release Train Engineer certification or equivalent
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
