Responsibilities
Leading operations and serving as a Subject Matter Expert on equipment and processes
Performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical, electronic, robotic, and chemical systems
Driving Continuous Improvement initiatives focused on Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, and Engagement
Supporting production experiments, maintaining accurate process documentation, and partnering with maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues
Ensuring compliance with safety standards (LOTO, PPE)
Providing Team Leader tasks on a backup/as needed basis
Possessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start)
Three (3) years' manufacturing experience
One (1) year performing in a lead role in a manufacturing environment
Preferred
Flexibility to ensure all shifts are operating efficiently
Strong mechanical aptitude & troubleshooting skills
Strong attention to detail
Good leadership and interpersonal skills
Willingness to coach and teach others
Good organization skills
Good ability to collect and analyze data to make informed decisions
Willingness to obtain certifications on relevant processes and equipment
