Responsibilities
Oversee month-end closing, monitoring financial data related to manufacturing processes, product costing, and variance analysis, while delivering actionable insights to site management in alignment with corporate standards
Implement digital solutions to enhance financial performance and operational leverage, partnering with the site director to identify and execute initiatives that help achieve and exceed financial targets
Support CAPEX initiatives to address ongoing business needs and ensure agility in managing changing manufacturing volumes
Shape the financial cost structure of the sites to prepare for future growth and fluctuations in demand, enabling business leaders to make informed decisions focused on financial performance
Evaluate and advise on key investment decisions that support the long-term product portfolio and supply network strategy, while maintaining controls on plant processes and actively participating in business planning activities to develop forecasts and performance metrics
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, controlling, engineering, operations or similar
Minimum 5 years of work experience in Controlling with a relevant background in Manufacturing/Production Controlling/Finance
Minimum 5 years cost accounting experience in a manufacturing industry preferably with direct plant support
Preferred
Operations controlling experience is preferred
Strong experience in communicating with different levels of hierarchies combined with excellent English skills
Strong in analytical thinking, financial problem solving with a high sense of urgency
Mindset on continuous improvement and driving financial efficiency in collaboration with senior stakeholders
Curious about future technologies & experienced in managing large datasets and related digital processes
SAP experience, specifically CO SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling
Strong IT skills, especially with Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP system
Knowledge of accounting regulations and Group accounting policies and practices, and application of such standards
Strong tactical and analytics skills
Experience working in a multi-national environment is a plus
