Mid LevelWyandot USA, LLC. is seeking an Applications Developer responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications that support business operations. This role involves managing multiple projects, supporting legacy applications, and implementing new technology solutions.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain custom applications, system integrations, and reporting tools
Collaborate with production, QA, and operational teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues impacting production or operational efficiency
Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve performance, usability, and reliability
Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation
Support deployments, updates, and automation initiatives
Share a rotating on-call schedule with the IT department
Additional IT related duties assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience with C#, legacy Windows apps (AVR Visual RPG)
Strong experience with SQL Server and relational databases, including query development and optimization
Experience with web and desktop application development
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
Experience with Power BI, Bartender software, CSS and Reporting Services
Knowledge of database design, data structures, and APIs
Experience with version control systems
Strong communication skills and ability to work across departments
Preferred
Additional skills that are a plus: DBT and Snowflake
