Responsibilities
PMO Governance: Implement global PMO processes and maintain governance frameworks
Portfolio & Project Management System: Configure and maintain the PPM system, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accurate tracking and reporting
Data Visualization: Build dynamic dashboards and reports using Tableau to provide actionable insights
Stakeholder Communication: Enable transparent communication across global PMO leaders and project managers
Project Coordination: Track milestones, manage deliverables, and deliver clear status updates
Qualification
Required
1–3 years in Project Management, PMO, or Portfolio Management
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced global environment
Preferred
Experience with Tableau and PPM systems preferred
Scrum Master or PMP certification is a plus
