Responsibilities
Establish and maintain communication channels between business units and project teams
Manage the storage, organization, and retrieval of all project communications and business metrics
Review and analyze contracts, cost proposals, and contract supplements to ensure accuracy and compliance
Develop and maintain project and work breakdown structures (WBS) for clear project planning and tracking
Establish, document, and improve business processes to enhance operational efficiency
Track and report on project budgets, expenditures, and financial transactions to ensure cost control
Monitor project progress against goals and timelines, providing insights and recommendations as needed
Attend regular internal practice community meetings
Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership
Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material)
Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice
Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual)
Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detail
Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
Knowledge of business and management principles including strategic planning, resource allocation, and process optimization
Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to analyze financial and operational data
Experience analyzing business trends and forecasting future revenues and expenses
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other standard business applications
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field required
Preferred
Experience in sales operations or vendor relationship management
Background in financial analysis or business process improvement
Familiarity with project management tools and reporting dashboards
