Responsibilities

Overseeing logistics service providers, improving their performance, and optimizing delivery processes

Implementing strategies to reduce last-mile costs and boost overall operational productivity, optimizes warehouse operations through 3BD timeliness improvement and product packaging requirements

Enhance the merchant experience by improving the quality and accuracy of outbound and carriers sorting through SLA

Develop a peak season preparation plan and communicate with 3PL in advance to increase the number of personnel and shifts for warehousing and outbound operations to ensure smooth operation during the peak season and meet KPI requirements

Using data to make informed decisions and drive improvements

Daily on-site supervision, cut-off monitoring of the order cleaning progress of each link, to ensure that all links in the system are cleared after production is completed on the same day

Working with internal departments to align strategies and execution, including system integration and automation implementation

Qualification

3PL Warehouse ManagementData AnalysisLast Mile Operations ManagementWMS SystemsProject ManagementCommunication SkillsCross-team Collaboration

Required

Bachelor's degree or above

3+ years of experience in 3PL warehouse and self-operated Warehouse Management, focusing on small and medium-sized one-piece dropshipping business

Exceptional Data Analysis and understanding of WMS systems

Last mile operations management experience

Excellent communication, cross-team collaboration, and project management skills

Preferred

Overseas Warehouse and 3PL Warehouse Management experience

Sorting Center operations experience

International e-commerce logistics experience
