SDR Manager
EvolutionHR is working with a growing SaaS organization seeking an experienced and energetic SDR Manager. In this role, you will lead and coach a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives, driving top-of-funnel pipeline growth and optimizing prospecting strategies.

Responsibilities
Hire, onboard, and manage a team of SDRs, ensuring consistent performance and professional development
Set team goals, monitor key metrics, and hold the team accountable to high standards of outreach quality and pipeline contribution
Develop and refine outbound sales strategies, messaging, and cadences in partnership with marketing
Monitor CRM and outreach tools (e.g., Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong) to track activity and performance data
Conduct regular coaching sessions, pipeline reviews, and performance check-ins with SDRs
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure feedback from prospects is relayed to marketing and product teams
Forecast pipeline generation and provide regular reporting to sales leadership. Build a motivating culture of winning within the SDR channel
Qualification
Required
2 to 4 years of experience successfully managing an SDR or inside sales team in a SaaS or tech environment
Proven success in building pipeline through outbound prospecting strategies
Strong understanding of SDR metrics, how to drive consistent performance, and experience building outbound GTM playbooks
Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills
Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong) and sales enablement platforms
Preferred
Industry experience with food service operations (restaurant or grocery) is a plus
Experience as a top performing Account Executive with a heavy emphasis on an outbound GTM motion is a plus
Located in the greater Nashville, TN area STRONGLY Preferred
