Responsibilities
Support deal transaction closing process by coordinating documentation and funding
Act as lead liaison between investment team, finance team, compliance, loan counter-party, and external service providers
Provide data for management dashboards and risk monitoring
Assist coordination of quarterly valuations performed by external pricing vendors
Review and reconcile valuation reports to supporting documents
Support investor and management reporting and regulatory reports (e.g. Form ADV, PF, Annex IV, 10-Q/K)
Assist in audits (internal and external) and respond to auditor queries
Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives
Support, lead, and manage installation of loan operations and portfolio management systems
Identify and resolve data integrity issues across systems
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience
Highly organized individual able to communicate across multiple projects and teams
Ability to innovate and build new and existing processes to meet business needs
Agile work professional, adept at quickly adapting to changes in the business
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with investors, auditors, and senior executives
Preferred
