Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain application platforms, ensuring reliability, scalability, security, and performance of infrastructure components
Create complex integration solutions through collaboration with engineers and application teams
Design systems with redundancy and failover mechanisms to ensure high availability and minimize downtime
Collaborate closely with engineers, application teams, architects, and other stakeholders to provide technical guidance and ensure seamless integration of systems
Plan and implement operating system, software, and application platform upgrades, including vulnerability remediation, to maintain system integrity and security
Analyze infrastructure capacity and collaborate with Capacity Management, Production Management, Application Development, and Business Teams to ensure resources meet future demand
Prepare and update technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, system configurations, and SOPs
Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement resolutions efficiently to minimize service interruptions
Identify opportunities within infrastructure-related services to enhance process efficiencies through automation
Qualification
Required
5+ years of combined experience in designing, developing, testing, deploying, and managing complex enterprise infrastructure platforms built on Java, Python, WebSphere Application Server, Liberty, or Apache Tomcat, etc
Proficiency in automation tools like Ansible, Python, and/or Unix shell for configuration management and orchestration
Strong troubleshooting and log/performance analysis skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Preferred
Experience or working knowledge of AI/ML-based proactive solutions in automating monitoring, detecting, and resolving infrastructure and platform anomalies
3+ years of experience on CCM and Document Generation platforms, examples can include but not exclusive to Quadient, xPression or Documaker
Experience with containerizing applications and deploying on OpenShift
Knowledge of Azure cloud platform
