Responsibilities
Develop and maintain advanced analytics models to support supply chain planning, inventory optimization, and lifecycle management
Design and deliver dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools using BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Perform deep-dive analysis on supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Support digital transformation initiatives such as S&OP optimization, network modeling, and digital twin projects
Collaborate cross-functionally with demand planning, procurement, logistics, and IT teams to ensure alignment of analytics solutions with business objectives
Implement predictive and prescriptive analytics techniques to enhance forecasting accuracy and operational agility
Ensure data integrity and governance across multiple systems and platforms
Translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, or related field; Master's preferred
5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics or data analysis roles
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or R for data manipulation and modeling
Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel (PowerPivot, macros)
Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and planning tools
Experience with predictive modeling, machine learning concepts, and statistical analysis
Excellent communication skills with ability to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience with cloud-based data platforms (Snowflake, Azure)
Knowledge of supply chain processes including inventory, logistics, and procurement
Exposure to AI/ML applications in supply chain optimization
