Evaluating and screening new investment opportunities

Conducting industry and business due diligence

Creating, or reviewing financial models

Assessing alternative deal structures

Monitoring of portfolio companies

Interacting with executive management teams for new investment opportunities

Participating in all elements of deal review and the investment committee process
