Talent Acquisition Partner II
Caliber Holdings LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner II to provide recruiting expertise and support across multiple markets. The role involves networking, sourcing, and screening candidates for various positions while ensuring compliance with recruiting processes and legal requirements.

Responsibilities
Communicates regularly with Talent Acquisition Managers regarding KPI alignment and achievement, recruitment process updates and changes, and internal customer alignment
Proactively communicates regularly with Talent Acquisition Advisors, direct management, and operational leadership to review staffing strategy, providing recommendations, and understanding recruiting needs. Provides regular updates
Independently, researches, recommends, and uses established and new sources for active and passive candidates
Posts open positions internally and on approved job boards. Using market and industry knowledge may recommend and utilize non-traditional posting opportunities
Reviews resumes/applications and pre-screens candidates, referring qualified candidates on to hiring managers. Tracks progress of candidates in process & handles administrative details
Manages the offer process to ensure consistency, compliance with Caliber’s policy & practice, and a high rate of acceptance
Provide a clear handoff to HR Administrative Team to enable effective and consistent onboarding process
Maintain candidate data in ATS, utilize current metrics, and compile related reports
Promotes and expands the teammate referral and alumni referral networks
Working with operations and business development leaders, builds professional networks to help surface passive candidates
Independently leverages a variety of sourcing tools and strategies (i.e., Indeed, LinkedIn, social media and hiring events) to provide a high caliber slate of candidates
Independently work with internal and external partners to form and maintain 'competitive intelligence' on competitors within the market and follows Caliber’s guidelines on recruiting from competition
Assist with routine projects related to recruiting, employment branding and the overall recruitment process as assigned
Performs other duties as required
Performs regular, in-market travel with occasional out of market travel
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; or equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge and skills
2-4 years of Recruiting and/or HR experience
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Relationship Management systems, Workday and Phenom highly preferred
Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Familiar and demonstrates knowledge of a variety of the HR concepts, practices, and procedures
Ability to identify and handle priority and/or sensitive issues with discretion and a commitment to confidentiality
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
Proactive approach towards improving processes and systems
Effective written and verbal communication/interaction skills
Must have strong organizational skills
